Waiver:
I understand that participating in the TZHS / SOMS SADD walk/run is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and physically healthy. I assume all risks with running this 5k including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other runners, the effect of weather, traffic and the condition of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this, I waive and release South Orangetown Central School District and all sponsors, of all claims and responsibilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the event.
